Essential Qualifications & Experience:

Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) and knowledge of interpreting practices for school settings Prior experience serving as a Sign Language Interpreter, ideally in an educational environment Ability to interpret spoken language to sign language and vice versa with accuracy and impartiality Understanding of the needs of Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing students Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills with educators and support staff Commitment to maintaining student confidentiality and professional ethics

Key Responsibilities:
