Qualifications:

Proficiency in American Sign Language with an ASLPI score of 4.1 or above Prior experience interpreting in educational or school-based settings preferred Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and staff Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Adaptability and professionalism in dynamic school environments

Responsibilities:

Provide accurate 1:1 interpretation services for students during classroom instruction, activities, and school events Support clear communication between students, peers, and school personnel Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions Contribute to a supportive environment that encourages student learning and participation Monitor student progress and collaborate with educational teams for student success This contract position is open to travel professionals, allowing you to bring your skills to a supportive and welcoming educational setting.
