Note:
Bilingual Spanish/English skills are required. Position Description Under the direction of the Intake Supervisor, this position is responsible for intake assessments for eligibility within the established timelines and connecting individuals to generic resources. This position will work with a diverse population that will need support to determine eligibility and will be required to complete assessments in Napa, Solano and Sonoma counties. This position also provides outreach and training to community partners.Requirements:
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS A
Master's degree in a field related to developmental disabilities. OR Bachelor's degree in a field which offers content related to developmental disabilities, such as social work, psychology, counseling, or special education and three years' employment in a field related to developmental disabilities. OR Bachelor's degree and two years' case management experience at a regional center. Minimum education requirement may not be waived. Minimum qualifications may be waived depending on the agency's need for specialized skills (such as language abilities). This position will be primarily based in the office; however remote work may also be available.Special Requirements Bilingual:
English/Spanish required. Ability to provide personal automobile transportation during working hours and for after-hours emergencies or access to another form of reliable transportation which meets these minimum requirements.
