Traveler Surf Club & Coastal Outpost is hiring a Manager / Progression Coordinator for our Malibu location. Job Responsibilities have 2 main focuses: Coastal Outpost (Retail) - Oversee all retail operations including receiving processing inventory, transfers between stores, visual merchandising, staff scheduling, extensive customer service and sales. Surf Club (Services) - Oversee Surf Club services including coordinating surf coaching sessions, surf video sessions, equipment rentals, equipment sales, and Surf Club memberships.

Musts:

Surf and love surfing Malibu Be highly organized Excellent communication Have experience managing small teams. Be comfortable and proficient using scheduling software and online store.
