Delegation Full Job Description Role Overview:
Responsible for leading Installation Technicians, ensuring that installations are completed safely, efficiently, and up to client standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assign tasks to Installation Technicians and oversee installation processes. Participate in installations Communicate any issues or delays to management. Conduct pre- and post-installation quality checks. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in installation, construction, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in a lead or supervisory role.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with seasonal decor or lighting installations is a plus. Valid Driver's License. Able to climb 20' to 40' ladder and work outdoors in various weather
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to troubleshoot issues with lighting, decor, and basic electrical systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
