Position Overview:

The Entry Level Sales Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing expert assistance in automotive sales, key cutting, and key programming. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to helping customers find the best solutions for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs and requirements Provide detailed information about our automotive services and products Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication

Sales:

Assist customers in selecting the right automotive products and services Promote and upsell additional services and products that meet customer needs Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Key Cutting and Programming:

Perform precise key cutting for a variety of automotive makes and models Program keys and key fobs using specialized equipment and software Stay updated on the latest key cutting and programming technologies and techniques Ensure the accuracy and functionality of all keys and key fobs produced

Technical Support:

Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for key-related issues Educate customers on the proper use and maintenance of their automotive keys Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex key programming challenges

Inventory Management:

Monitor inventory levels of key blanks, key fobs, and related supplies Place orders and restock items as necessary to ensure availability Maintain an organized and efficient workspace

Administrative Tasks:

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Follow company policies and procedures in all customer interactions and transactions Participate in training sessions and stay informed about new products

$16.50 - $22.50 per hour
