This energetic position offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects, utilizing your electrical expertise and customer service skills to deliver exceptional results. As a key member of our installation crew, you will bring outdoor spaces to life with expertly installed low voltage lighting systems that enhance beauty, safety, and ambiance for our clients. Your hands-on technical skills and passion for quality craftsmanship will drive the success of each project, making outdoor dreams a reality. Duties Install, troubleshoot, and maintain low voltage lighting systems for permanent holiday/accent lighting and landscape lighting enhancements. Conduct electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting on low voltage circuits, ensuring safe and efficient operation of lighting installations. Perform service calls in the field, providing expert electrical diagnostics, repairs, and system upgrades while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Maintain detailed documentation of installation processes, troubleshooting steps, repairs performed, and system configurations for quality assurance. Work on ladders up to 30' and boom lifts when required. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining safety standards. Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician or installer specializing in low voltage or electronic systems troubleshooting. Experience with low voltage landscape lighting or permanent holiday lighting installation is preferred. Mechanical knowledge related to outdoor lighting fixtures, transformers, and electrical components. Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach to client interactions during field service visits. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot low voltage electrical issues efficiently Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while standing, walking, or climbing ladders as needed. Valid experience with low voltage wiring techniques and electronic equipment testing procedures. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Having your own tools is preferred.
