The Lighting Quotations Specialist creates value for our customers by supporting Account Managers and assisting customers with accurate, complete, and timely quotations for lighting packages based on project requirements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1.

Prepares accurate, complete, and on-time lighting quotations, including takeoffs of blueprints, by understanding the components of lighting products, by understanding the needs of account managers and customers, and by 2. developing relationships with vendors. 3. Works with account manager and vendors to provide alternative solutions and complementary products to increase the value for the customer as well as the company. 4. Ensures customer satisfaction with timely completion of quotations and timely response to customer inquiries through strong time management skills and effective vendor relationships. 5. Upon award of bid, may assist with negotiation of buy pricing, and may assist with purchasing, release of orders, and billing. 6. Maintains complete and accurate bid list.
