This energetic role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who thrives in outdoor environments, climbing ladders and working on rooftops. If you need work during the spring and summer months as well, we also own a party rental business with openings in the spring. Duties Install holiday lighting displays on residential and commercial properties Collaborate with team members to plan installation layouts based on technical drawings and customer specifications. Troubleshoot electrical issues in the event that some lights are not working Conduct safety inspections of all equipment and work sites, adhering strictly to safety protocols for electrical work and working at heights. Remove lighting displays after the holiday season, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained for future use. Qualifications Comfortable climbing tall ladders and working on rooftops Strong attention to detail, since clean precise installs are what keep our customers happy Ability to solve problems, move quickly, and manage time effectively while following safety procedures Strong work ethic, reliable, able to show up when scheduled, and work independently once trained Experience in a hands on trade is preferred but not required Valid drivers license and ability to pass a background check Ability to start in late September What you get $30/hour Performance-based bonuses Healthcare stipend Be a part of a fast-growing company with room to move into more responsibility and pay Fun culture & free energy drinks!
