Job Description
Overview Full-Time Lead Lighting Install Technician - Grand Rapids Jolly Elf Christmas Lights is hiring a Lead Lighting Install Technician to join our team installing year round permanent holiday lighting across West Michigan. This is a part time role starting out while training for 2-3 weeks that will grow to a full time role with more hours and higher pay. Duties Lead permanent lighting installations by being first line of communication with customers on-site, performing installation, and leading installation team. Work with project manager to prep and game plan installations Complete accurate job documentation(photos, checklists, time tracking) Manage job site organization and cleanliness Communicate professionally with homeowner/business owner Qualifications Comfortable climbing tall ladders and working on rooftops Strong attention to detail, since clean precise installs are what keep our customers happy Ability to lead a team and manage time efficiently Reliable, able to show up when scheduled and work independently once trained Experience in a hands on trade is preferred but not required Valid drivers license and ability to pass a background check Ability to start immediately What you get $25/hour while training(2-3 weeks), $30/hour once leading installs A growing company with room to move into more responsibility and pay
