Duties Install holiday lighting systems on residential and commercial properties following safety protocols and schematics Use electrical diagnostics tools to troubleshoot lighting issues and ensure proper functioning of all displays Interpret technical drawings and schematics to accurately set up complex lighting arrangements Operate heavy equipment such as lifts or scaffolding safely to reach high or difficult areas during installation and removal Perform routine maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) on lighting equipment and electrical components using the ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools Remove holiday decorations carefully after the season ends, ensuring no damage to property or fixtures Conduct safety inspections of all installed lighting systems to prevent electrical hazards or malfunctions Skills Strong electrical diagnostics skills with experience interpreting schematics and technical drawings Mechanical knowledge related to lighting fixtures, mounting hardware, and outdoor electrical systems Experience with heavy equipment mechanics or operating lifts/scaffolding safely in outdoor environments Proficiency in maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices for electrical and mechanical systems Ability to interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and safety instructions accurately Technical proficiency with tools such as ohmmeters, multimeters, and other diagnostic instruments Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions; ability to lift heavy equipment safely This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your technical expertise while spreading holiday cheer.
