Bend Illumination is looking for energetic, hands-on Field Technicians to join our team! We install traditional holiday lighting and permanent roofline lighting across Central Oregon. Potential for permanent roofline projects starting soon, leading directly into our peak holiday installation season (November-December) and post-holiday takedowns through January. Whether you come from roofing, landscaping, window washing, carpentry, or general maintenance — or simply love hands-on outdoor work and aren't afraid of heights — we'd love to talk. No lighting experience is required, as we can train those interested in providing clean, professional installations. What You'll Do Work as part of a 2-3 person crew installing traditional holiday lighting and permanent roofline lighting across Central Oregon. Safely install, secure, and test custom lighting systems along rooflines, gutters, trees, and outdoor structures. Execute post-holiday display removals and takedowns during January. Safely navigate ladders, roofs, and outdoor terrain while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and aesthetics. Represent Bend Illumination with a professional, friendly attitude when interacting with homeowners on-site. Who You Are Comfortable at
