We're looking for a Panel Control Technician who takes pride in precision, problem-solving, and building reliable systems. In this role, you'll assemble and troubleshoot control panels that keep our pumping systems running smoothly and safely. What You'll Be Doing:

Assemble and wire electrical components according to schematics and technical specifications Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of control panels to ensure performance and compliance with safety standards Assist with installation and commissioning of control panels at pump station sites Monitor inventory of materials and components, ordering supplies as needed to keep production on schedule Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance panel design and manufacturing processes

What We're Looking For:

1-3 years of relevant experience in controls Strong technical knowledge in key areas related to panel assembly and troubleshooting UL Certification or willingness to obtain it Familiarity with manufacturing software, project management tools, and quality assurance practices Dependable, detail-focused, and safety-conscious

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in a variety of environments: office, manufacturing floor, and pump station sites Capacity for long hours during peak project periods or installations Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed for inspections or site work Adequate vision and hearing to assess equipment, conduct inspections, and communicate effectively Willingness to work in different weather conditions and occasionally in confined spaces
