We are searching for an Assembly Technician who would work with our Team Lead to assemble and deburr parts to engineering drawings to ensure production schedules are met and quality standards are exceeded. Production & Workflow Management

• Ensure parts are assembled, deburred, and processed according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and aerospace specifications.
• Meet on-time delivery, throughput, and labor efficiency goals.
• Maintain accurate production documentation, traveler packets, and ERP system updates.
• Collaborate with planning, engineering, and quality to resolve issues that impact flow or schedule. Quality & Compliance
• Perform in-process inspections to verify dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and overall part quality.
• Ensure adherence to AS9100, customer-specific requirements, and internal quality standards.
• Work on corrective actions, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support internal and external audits. Safety & Equipment
• Enforce all safety guidelines, PPE requirements, and shop floor standards.
• Ensure deburring, finishing, and assembly equipment is cleaned, maintained, and functioning properly.
• Report hazards and lead safety improvement initiatives.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
