Lighting & SFX Technician - Havoc Entertainment Havoc Entertainment is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our team as Lighting & SFX Technicians . In this role, you'll help set the stage—literally—for unforgettable weddings, private parties, and corporate events by setting up and operating lighting and special effects equipment like cold sparks, CO2 cannons, and fog machines. No prior experience is required — we'll provide training. What we need is someone who's reliable, hardworking, and eager to help create an incredible party atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Setup, operate, and break down event lighting and special effects equipment. Coordinate with DJs and MCs to time lighting and effects during key moments of the event. Ensure all equipment is safely and properly installed. Troubleshoot minor technical issues during events (training provided). Assist with transporting equipment to and from event venues. Maintain a professional, polished appearance and positive attitude on-site. Support the broader event team as needed.

Requirements:

Prior experience preferred Must have valid drivers license to travel to and from event venues. Must be available on weekends, evenings, and holidays when events are scheduled. Must own a suit for formal events. Must have general knowledge of mainstream and traditional club-style music. Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment (50+ lbs). A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a team-player mentality are essential. Must be Fluent in English.
