Window Wizards is one of the fastest-growing home service companies in the Upper Valley, serving high-end residential and commercial clients throughout the area. Every fall we transform homes and businesses across the Upper Valley with professionally installed, commercial-grade holiday lighting. This is a full-time seasonal position running from early October through approximately December 15, with 40-50 hours per week during the season. We are hiring several Holiday Lighting Installation Technicians who take pride in doing physical work at a high standard and want their pay to reflect their performance. Pay & Perks $25/hour starting Performance bonuses based on production and quality Receive 100% of all tips Weekly pay Paid training 40-50 hours per week Professional vehicles, equipment, and systems provided Clear expectations, organized schedules, and strong leadership Opportunity to be invited back for future seasons and to move into year-round work with our window cleaning division What You'll Be Doing Installing commercial-grade holiday lighting on roof lines, trees, bushes, wreaths, ground stakes, and more Performing ladder and roof work safely and confidently Traveling to several job sites throughout the day across the Upper Valley Driving a company vehicle daily to residential and commercial properties Completing installations efficiently while maintaining a clean, precise finished look Communicating professionally with homeowners and property managers Servicing and maintaining installed displays throughout the season Representing the Window Wizards brand on every job Required Experience & Skills Prior blue-collar or physical work experience required Comfortable working outdoors in cold weather for full shifts Comfortable and confident working at heights and on ladders Ability to lift 50+ lbs Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong customer service and people skills Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Holiday lighting experience is not required — training is provided This position is ideal for someone who: Wants strong hours and strong pay during the fall and early winter Takes pride in physical work done right Pays attention to detail and cares how the finished product looks Is dependable and shows up ready to work every day Wants to build a relationship with a growing company, not just work one season
