Job Description
The Germantown PAC seeks to add a Technical Director to their growing staff. The TD will help oversee technical operations of the Performing Arts Center, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality support for performances, rehearsals, school events, and community rentals. This role involves event setup, event supervision, equipment maintenance, and collaboration with staff, students, and volunteers to create a professional and educational environment. This position's hours are flexible according to the event schedule, and primarily include weekends. Candidates with relevant experience in theatrical lighting, audio, rigging, and scenery construction are preferred. This position requires evening and weekend availability.
