SNOA) is a global healthcare company developing and manufacturing products based on our patented Microcyn® technology, a stabilized hypochlorous acid (HOCl) platform. Our technology is used in a range of healthcare applications, including wound care, dermatology, podiatry, eye care, animal health and non-toxic disinfection, with opportunities for continued expansion into aesthetics and other markets. Position Summary The Director of Commercial Partnerships - Americas will lead Sonoma's commercial partnership strategy and execution across the United States, Canada and Latin America. This is a hands-on commercial leadership role encompassing the full partnership lifecycle—from identifying and qualifying potential distributors through business-case development, negotiation, contracting, launch, ongoing relationship management and expansion. The Director will also manage and grow Sonoma's existing distributor relationships, identifying opportunities for additional products, customers, channels and geographies while ensuring that commercial investments and pricing support attractive financial returns. The position is based in Boulder, Colorado and is expected to require approximately 5-10% travel. Key Responsibilities New Business Development & Partner Selection Develop and manage a qualified commercial pipeline across the Americas, from initial identification through business-case development, negotiation, launch and ongoing relationship management. Identify and evaluate potential distributors and other strategic commercial partners based on objective criteria. Develop a disciplined partner qualification process and maintain a pipeline focused on opportunities with meaningful commercial potential. Build financial and commercial business cases for prospective partnerships, including revenue potential, pricing, gross margin, investment requirements, forecasts and expected return on investment. Negotiate commercial terms and work with Legal and Finance to structure and execute distribution and other commercial agreements. Commercial Strategy & Economics Develop and execute Sonoma's commercial strategy for the Americas in partnership with Product Development, Operations, Finance and Regulatory. Establish appropriate commercial terms for each relationship. Evaluate the financial performance of partnerships and recommend changes when pricing, costs, volume or other commercial factors do not support Sonoma's objectives. Maintain an accurate commercial pipeline and revenue forecast and provide regular reporting to senior management. Distributor Management & Growth Develop strong working relationships with Sonoma's distributors and serve as a senior commercial point of contact for key partners. Establish and monitor joint business plans and measurable objectives with strategic distributors. Identify and execute opportunities to expand existing relationships. Lead cross-functional commercial launches and ensure that new partnerships move from agreement to revenue generation effectively. Cross-Functional Leadership Work closely with Finance, Regulatory, Product Development, Operations and Legal to ensure commercial opportunities are aligned with Sonoma's capabilities, regulatory requirements and financial objectives. Translate customer and distributor requirements into actionable priorities for internal teams. Qualifications 8+ years of progressive commercial, business development, sales or partnership experience, preferably in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, wound care, dermatology, aesthetics or a related industry. Demonstrated experience developing and managing third-party distribution channels or commercial partnerships. Proven track record of converting business-development opportunities into measurable revenue and profitable commercial relationships. Experience negotiating contracts and commercial terms, including pricing, margins, discounts, volume commitments and other economic provisions. Strong financial and analytical skills, including the ability to evaluate pricing, margins, forecasts, investment requirements and return on investment. Demonstrated business judgment and ability to objectively evaluate potential partners and prioritize opportunities. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Willingness to travel approximately 10%. Preferred Qualifications Understanding of Latin American regulatory and commercial environments. Working knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and terminology sufficient to communicate effectively with regulatory professionals and commercial partners. Experience launching new medical technologies or healthcare products through distribution partners. Fluency in Spanish. Work Environment The employee typically works indoors in a standard office environment and will be required to travel on behalf of the Company. Physical Demands The employee is required to frequently stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, reach and lift with arms, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is required to frequently lift up to 30 pounds without assistance.
