Job Description

Reports To The Director of Sports Performance will report to the Performance Center Owner Job Overview Our Director of Sports Performance (DSP) is responsible for all "back-of-house" management, service delivery, client retention, performance tracking and assists the Director of Business Development (DBD) with client acquisition. Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities of this position include coaching athletes, leading coaching staff, and ensuring the quality of client experience. Their primary focus will be leading training sessions, training coaches, and connecting with athletes. Daily responsibilities include opening and closing procedures, all programming communications, service delivery/training, executing large training and testing events, speaking with parents of prospective and current members, performance testing and all data collection & communication. Qualifications 3-5 Years Experience in Sports Performance with Under 18 Population Currently NSCA-CSCS or

NASM-PES
