WHAT YOU'LL DO
Talent Acquisition & Executive Recruiting Serve as the primary talent partner to ensemble leaders, acting as an internal executive recruiter and headhunter for specialized, leadership-level, and hard-to-fill positions. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent through networking, referrals, market mapping, social media, direct outreach, and industry partnerships. Build and maintain robust pipelines of high-potential and passive candidates. Conduct candidate assessments and guide leaders through effective selection processes. Provide market intelligence related to talent availability, compensation trends, industry benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices. Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects our firm's culture, professionalism, and commitment to excellence. Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning Partner with firm leadership to develop and execute talent strategies that support business objectives and long-term growth. Lead workforce planning initiatives and identify opportunities to strengthen talent pipelines across key business functions. Utilize talent analytics and reporting to drive data-informed hiring and retention decisions. Advise leaders on talent trends, succession planning, and organizational development opportunities. Compensation & Rewards Partner with leadership to develop, evaluate, and refine compensation structures that support recruitment, retention, and organizational growth. Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices. Provide recommendations related to new hires, promotions, retention strategies, and compensation adjustments. Ensure compensation programs align with organizational goals and employee engagement initiatives. Career Development & Talent Management Collaborate with leaders to define competencies, career levels, progression criteria, and development pathways. Facilitate talent review discussions and identify opportunities for internal mobility and advancement. Support leadership development initiatives and succession planning efforts. Help cultivate a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and professional growth.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree required. 5+ years of progressive experience in executive recruiting, talent acquisition, talent management, workforce strategy, or related talent-focused roles. Experience within the financial services industry preferred. Proven success identifying, attracting, and hiring high-performing professionals. Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills. Experience prospecting and generating leads through proactive recruiting strategies. Advanced knowledge of sourcing platforms and recruitment technologies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and similar tools. Demonstrated ability to network effectively and build relationships quickly with candidates and business leaders. Experience developing compensation recommendations, career frameworks, talent management programs, or workforce strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
