Role:
Our client is looking for a senior-level leader to join their firm at the Associate or Director level. This individual will oversee complex architectural projects, drive client relationships, and ensure full compliance with public regulatory authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level project leadership, team management, and client representation. Navigate regulatory agency reviews and approvals, with a heavy emphasis on public educational projects. Support firm operations, quality control, and business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
Registered Architect (RA) preferred with proven senior leadership experience. Must have direct, hands-on experience working with the New York State Education Department (NYSED) project submission and approval processes. Strong team leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Compensation / Pay
Rate (Up to): $150,000.00 - $200,000.00
