This role partners cross-functionally with Business Development, Marketing, and Operations to support complex opportunities and strengthen commercial performance.

Key Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in CDMO (strongly preferred) or pharmaceutical/biotech environments with relevant manufacturing exposure Experience supporting drug product development and fill/finish operations (sterile, lyophilization a plus) Proven track record in proposal development, pricing strategy, and deal structuring Strong technical and commercial acumen with the ability to translate capabilities into client value Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (advanced degree preferred) Willingness to travel (~25%) ...
