Job Description
The Boys & Girls Club of the Smoky Mountains is hiring a Gameroom Director for the Northview Branch. The position is part-time with 25 hours weekly, Monday-Friday with no weekend work 40 hours during summer. The position will report directly to the Branch Director. No Weekend or night work Paid Vacation after 30 days 10 Paid holidays after 30 days Paid bonus after pre-hire testing and training Company-paid 401k contribution Dental/Vision/Telemedicine Options Overview of position: encourage and teach Club members basic knowledge and rules of games, such as billiards, foosball, table tennis, board games, etc. Develop a good character in members through games and activities teaching good sportsmanship, communication, honesty, fair play, conflict resolution, and teamwork.
