WSET is looking for a Newscast Director.

Responsibilities:

Perform any production duties as assigned including: Direct and TD any assigned newscasts and special productions using Ross Overdrive Maintain studio and control room Studio floor manager Operation of robotic cameras Teleprompter operator Perform other tasks related to the position as assigned This is a morning shift, Monday through Friday 4am - 1pm. But you must also be willing to work holidays, nights, and weekends as needed for fill in

Requirements:

Experience directing newscasts Knowledge of production standards and equipment Ability to clearly give direction to crew while under pressure Ability to read and write, college degree preferred Must be able to lift & position equipment of up to 40 pounds The base hourly compensation range for this role is $17.79 to $18.89 per hour. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
