This role is ideal for photographers already working in the real estate industry who can operate independently and deliver high-quality media consistently. In this role, you will capture professional media for residential and commercial properties, showcasing listings with accuracy and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Arrive on time to scheduled photo shoots. Capture high-quality HDR photographs (5-bracket exposures). Perform 3D virtual tours (Matterport and Zillow 3D). Capture drone photos in compliance with FAA regulations. Upload all media files promptly.
This Role Does Not Involve:
Photo editing (handled in-house). Marketing or advertising. Scheduling clients. Collecting payments. Qualifications (Required): FAA Part 107 drone license. Proven experience in real estate photography. Ability to independently complete full real estate shoots. Experience with Matterport and Zillow 3D tours. Reliable transportation.
Equipment Requirements:
DSLR or mirrorless camera capable of 5-bracket HDR shooting. Wide-angle lens suitable for interiors. 360 camera for 3D tours. Drone suitable for professional real estate work.
Additional Info:
1099 independent contractor position. Must be able to operate independently, we provide training materials and workflow guidelines, but photographers are expected to know how to complete assignments on their own. Flexible scheduling and consistent work opportunities.
