Preferred Experience:

Solid mortgage industry experience Background and experience utilizing electronic marketing (specifically Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Zillow) Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Bilingual is a plus, proficiency in Spanish a plus but not required Must have a positive disposition with a can-do attitude Company offers: Recognized and well respected mortgage industry reputation and corporate contributions to the community Robust technology platform integrating all necessary mortgage CRMS to be successful 120 -125 basis points payout All staff have open door access to Management Long tenure for current staff Underwriting is in-house and all Mortgage Advisors have direct contact to facilitate their deals Operations and Processing are all in-house All Mortgage Advisors receive a marketing allowance - tied to volume/production Benefits, full-time employees are eligible
