Storibox Imaging at Enchant - Nationals Park, Washington, D.C. Storibox Imaging is hiring energetic, dependable team members for Enchant at Nationals Park this holiday season! This is a fast-paced, high-volume holiday photography experience. We are hiring for both entry-level Photographer/Sales Associate positions and experienced Supervisor positions .

Seasonal Dates Mandatory all-staff training:

November 17 Event operation: November 18-December 28 Evening shifts only—approximately 3:30 PM to midnight Must be available evenings and weekends Enchant is closed Mondays and Tuesdays until the middle of December There are no daytime shifts All employees must be available for the mandatory training and introduction day on November 17 before the event launches on November 18. Job Responsibilities Team members will rotate through different parts of the guest photography experience, including: Welcoming guests as they arrive at Enchant Helping capture entrance photos using our automated, mounted camera systems Encouraging guests to visit the photo sales kiosks Assisting guests with viewing and purchasing their photos Printing, packaging, and organizing photo orders Welcoming children and families to the Santa experience Capturing both candid and posed Santa photos Creating a fun, engaging, and magical experience for children and families Keeping lines moving efficiently during high-volume periods Maintaining a high level of energy, urgency, and guest service throughout the shift What We're Looking For This role is about much more than taking pictures—we are looking for people with high energy, strong sales personalities, and excellent guest-service skills .

Ideal candidates are:

Outgoing, enthusiastic, and comfortable approaching guests Confident directing guests and bringing them to the sales kiosks Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Able to work quickly while maintaining a positive guest experience Dependable, punctual, and available for the full seasonal commitment Comfortable working with children and helping keep the holiday magic alive Able to remain on their feet for the duration of the shift Comfortable working outdoors in winter weather Additional Responsibilities for Lead Supervisors Opening and closing assigned workstations Coordinating and managing employee breaks throughout the shift Holding employees accountable for performance, productivity, and responsibilities within their assigned station Monitoring station performance and helping ensure photo capture and sales goals are being met Handling customer service issues and resolving guest concerns at their station Communicating with other supervisors to rotate employees between stations as needed Helping maintain proper staffing and coverage during high-volume periods Supporting team members and keeping operations running efficiently throughout the shift The photography process is easy to learn, so professional photography experience is not required , although it is helpful. Training will be provided. Performance is measured based on both photo capture rates and photo sales rates , so candidates must be comfortable working toward performance goals. Dress Code and Working Conditions This is an outdoor position, and employees will be outside throughout their shifts.
