Job Description

18+ Position You will be photographing secondhand clothing items for our reselling business. We sell on eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, and Depop — clean, consistent product photos are the backbone of everything we do. Every item type has a detailed photo order guide you will follow shot by shot. You will also be responsible for bagging, labeling, and storing inventory after each shoot. Why Be A Product Photographer at Distress Vintage? Per Item Pay Candidate Needs:
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Legible Handwriting
  • Available Sometime Between 7 am to 7 pm Wednesdays and Thursdays
  • Able to Stand For Hours
ALL JOB TOOLS WILL BE PROVIDED
Some of the things you will be doing:
  • Photographing clothing items following our Photo Order SOP — different shot sequences for t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, pants, shorts, hats, leggings, overalls, and more
  • Handwriting Measurements
  • Capturing required shots for every item: full front, full back, tags, measurements, detail/flaw shots, and SKU bag
  • Folding and packaging items (tops, pants, shorts, hats) using our Packaging Guide after shooting
  • Attaching SKU labels and storing inventory in numerical order
  • Uploading completed photos to Google Photos organized by SKU What the job looks like day-to-day: You will arrive at our Home Studio, pick up the next batch of inventory, shoot each item following the photo order guide, package and label everything, and upload before you leave.
It's physical, repetitive, and detail-oriented — if you like hands-on work with a clear checklist, this is a great fit.
