You'll be the face of SellFastPhoto to local agents, both on the phone and on the property. About SellFastPhoto SellFastPhoto is a Tampa Bay real estate media company serving more than 300 agents with photography, drone, video, 3D tours, floor plans, and social content. We partner with brokerages including Serhant, The Agency, and Agile Group Realty, and we've built our reputation on consistent, high-quality work agents can count on listing after listing. We're a small, growing team, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us. This isn't a "show up and shoot" job. It's a role for someone who wants to help build a business and share in its success. What You'll Do Sales & Marketing Make cold calls and reach out to local realtors to introduce SellFastPhoto's services Follow up on new leads and book test shoots with prospective recurring clients Reconnect with past clients to bring them back and keep relationships strong Track your outreach and pipeline so we can see what's working Fulfillment Photograph and film residential listings across Tampa Bay Coordinate schedules with agents, editors, and other team members Follow our shooting and quality standards to make sure every delivery is consistent Represent the company professionally with agents, homeowners, and partners What We're Looking For Experience in cold calling, sales, business development, or a similar outbound role Comfort picking up the phone and hearing "no" without losing momentum Self-motivated, organized, and reliable when working independently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation A genuine interest in growing with a small company long term Big Pluses Photography or videography experience (real estate especially) Knowledge of the real estate industry, such as experience as an agent, assistant, ISA, or transaction coordinator FAA Part 107 drone certification, or willingness to get it Existing relationships with Tampa Bay agents Don't have photography experience? If you can sell, we can teach you to shoot. We have systems, standards, and a team of editors to help you get up to speed. Compensation & Growth Starting at $20/hour, with lots of commission opportunity.
