Leading Edge Helicopters is hiring a personable, energetic team member to join our helicopter sightseeing operation. This is a customer service and sales position first and foremost , combined with important responsibilities supporting our day-to-day flight operations. You will interact directly with customers throughout their entire experience—from the moment they arrive until they leave after their flight. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, enjoys talking with people, takes safety seriously, and is confident recommending and selling products and experiences to customers. Responsibilities As a Guest Services & Flight Operations Associate, you will: Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional first impression Explain available helicopter tours and help customers select and purchase flights Check customers in for their reservations Collect passenger weights and assist with passenger weight-and-balance calculations in accordance with company procedures Deliver required passenger safety briefings before flights Escort customers safely to and from the helicopter Assist passengers with entering and exiting the aircraft Follow established ramp and aircraft safety procedures at all times Take high-quality photos of customers in front of and inside the helicopter Present and sell photo memory packages after customers return from their flight Process customer purchases and payments Answer customer questions and help create an exciting, memorable experience Maintain a clean, organized, and professional customer and operating area Communicate effectively with pilots and other team members during daily operations Perform other customer-service and operational duties as needed What We're Looking For The ideal candidate: Is outgoing, personable, and comfortable speaking with customers Provides excellent customer service even during busy periods Is comfortable recommending and selling products to customers Can confidently communicate safety instructions to individuals and groups Is dependable, punctual, and responsible Pays close attention to detail, particularly when performing safety-related tasks Can follow established procedures consistently Works well as part of a small team Can remain organized while handling multiple customers and tasks at once Is comfortable working around helicopters and an active aviation environment Previous aviation experience is not required. Training will be provided. Customer service, hospitality, tourism, attraction, retail, restaurant, photography, or sales experience is a plus.
