Job Overview We are seeking a personable, reliable, and detail-oriented Client-Facing Customer Service Specialist who will also serve as a real estate photographer for our team. This is a hands-on field role working directly with real estate agents and homeowners. You'll capture high-quality listing photos and video, communicate on-site with clients, and ensure every appointment runs smoothly. No camera experience is required — we provide full training. Customer service experience is welcomed but not required. Responsibilities Photograph & video residential real estate listings following company standards Interact professionally with agents, homeowners, and builders Guide clients through prep steps and set expectations Ensure properties are photo-ready; light staging as needed Drive to multiple job sites daily Maintain a polished, friendly, client-focused presence Troubleshoot minor onsite issues with professionalism Represent Wave Front Media Co. with reliability and great service Requirements Valid driver's license and clean driving record No camera experience required — full training provided Customer service experience welcomed but not required Strong communication and people skills Organized, self-motivated, and dependable Able to lift up to 25 lbs and handle basic gear Comfortable working independently in the field
