Part-time / 1099 Independent ContractorWe are a growing real estate photography company looking for a reliable Videographer and Drone Photographer to join our team.
We need someone who can help with real estate walkthrough videos, and drone photography throughout Baltimore, Prince George's, and surrounding areas.
ResponsibilitiesShoot professional real estate walkthrough videosEdit video footageCapture high-quality drone photos and videoTravel to residential and commercial properties as assignedCommunicate professionally with homeowners, agents, and our teamUpload completed work promptly
Requirements:
Experience with videography and/or drone photographyMust have reliable transportationMust be willing to cover approximately a 30-mile radius from your homeHigh-speed internet accessUp-to-date computer capable of handling video editing and file uploadsReliable, professional, and able to work independentlyMust provide examples of previous workFAA Part 107 certification required for drone workThis is a 1099 independent contractor position with compensation paid per shoot/job. The schedule is flexible and may be a great opportunity for a retired individual, freelancer, or someone looking to earn additional income.
