This is a hands-on, production-based position that combines photography, inventory presentation, and safe vehicle movement. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and can efficiently prepare vehicles for high-quality photography. This position requires someone who is comfortable working outdoors, working independently, and maintaining consistent quality and production standards in a fast-paced dealership environment. Key Responsibilities Photograph new and used vehicles according to dealership standards. Capture exterior, interior, feature, and detail images for online vehicle listings. Stage and position vehicles to ensure consistent, professional photo presentation. Safely move vehicles throughout dealership property. Drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles. Upload and organize vehicle photos into inventory management systems. Maintain consistency, accuracy, and daily photography and production volume targets. Inspect vehicles for visible damage, defects, or discrepancies and report findings to the appropriate team. Communicate with sales and inventory teams regarding priority vehicles and workflow. Maintain camera equipment, photography areas, and work areas in a clean and organized condition. Work efficiently to support dealership production schedules and vehicle turnaround expectations. Assist with additional vehicle lot responsibilities as needed such as helping to deliver cars to appropriate dealership when completed. Minimum Qualifications / Must-Haves Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move around vehicles throughout the shift. Basic computer and technology skills. Strong attention to detail and organization. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent quality and productivity. Strong work ethic and willingness to perform photography responsibilities. Preferred Qualifications / Nice-to-Haves Previous automotive photography experience.
