Who we're looking for: If you would describe yourself as outgoing, friendly, driven, self-reliant, flexible, a great multitasker with amazing attention to detail, then we can't wait to talk to you! Here's what you'd be doing: Giving each customer an amazing experience from the moment they book their session until their portrait products are delivered. Photographing customers including, infants, kids, families, couples, and more. Professional photography experience would be great, but it's not required. Editing, printing and framing digital images Driving sales to meet studio goals Ensuring data integrity of customer information and orders Assisting with opening and closing procedures Scheduling and confirming customer sessions Maintaining a safe and clean environment for customers and employees Ensuring that the studio is always exemplifying brand standards in the way it is presented to the customer. And, of course, additional responsibilities as needed. Here's what we need from you Availability and willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of the business Photography experience preferred but a willingness to learn required. Experience in the service industry preferred (i.e. retail, tourism, hospitality, restaurant) Great communication and organizational skills Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
