We are looking for Field Rep for our outdoor living firm. We design and do all of our own installs and this position is the right hand to the owner making sure policy and procedures are being followed, that workmanship is up to our standards, that customers have a face to express their concerns out in the field. This position will be trained by the owner to know what is proper and what is not, and how to handle certain situations with clients. Training is done directly from management, before goes out on own with company, truck, iPad, and phone. This position must have wonderful customer service skills, have great follow up skills, be able to communicate with customers and upper level management to convey the issues, and come up with resolution, and learn what is correct and what is not. This applicant must have a driver license with clean record, have a clean background, have references, be able to speak English and Spanish to communicate issues with the field workers, be able to work on software on the computer. This position eventually gets trained to be the field supervisor at one point, but must learn the Field rep position first and eventually management skills are needed to move up in position and pay. Pay range starts at $50k salary a year. Hours are Mon- Fri 6:30-4 pm with Wednesday's being our longer days till sometimes 6:30 since we assign out jobs that day but varies. Benefits are 1 week paid vacation, holiday pay, Direct deposit, medical vision and dental paid by company 50 % of base plan, and 401k match up to 4 % after a year of working here.
