alicia adams alpaca is looking for a talented, hands-on Creative & AI Imaging Assistant to join our small team in Millbrook, NY. This role is ideal for someone who loves photography, photo editing, AI-powered creative tools, fashion, and beautiful imagery . A large part of the position will involve editing and enhancing images for our e-commerce and marketing channels, as well as photographing new product samples in our studio. We are looking for someone who is creative, resourceful, organized, and flexible . As a small team, our priorities can change quickly, and at times projects require a fast turnaround . You should be comfortable jumping between projects, working independently, and pitching in wherever needed. What You'll Do Edit, retouch, enhance, and manipulate photography for e-commerce, marketing, social media, and other digital content Use AI image-generation and AI-assisted editing tools to modify, extend, enhance, and adapt existing photography Create polished, natural-looking imagery while maintaining the visual standards of the alicia adams alpaca brand Photograph new product samples in our Millbrook studio Shoot and style products on dress forms and create clean e-commerce product imagery Assist with lifestyle and creative photography as needed Create occasional short-form videos and simple video edits Prepare, name, organize, and manage digital assets in Dropbox Help coordinate photoshoots, including samples, models, schedules, and location scouting Handle time-sensitive creative requests and quick-turnaround projects Work closely with our small team and pitch in across creative and retail needs when necessary What We're Looking For Strong photo-editing and retouching skills Strong knowledge of current AI imaging and creative tools Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar professional editing software Experience with product, fashion, or e-commerce photography A strong eye for color, composition, styling, texture, and visual consistency Comfortable shooting products in a studio environment Ability to work quickly and accurately when deadlines are tight Flexible and comfortable adapting to changing priorities Highly organized with strong attention to detail A positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to be a team player Self-motivated and comfortable working independently when needed Curious about new creative technologies and eager to continue learning A Plus Experience in fashion, luxury, home, or e-commerce ; photographing apparel on dress forms; video editing; or working with emerging AI image-generation and editing platforms. About the Role This is an in-person, part-time position based in Millbrook, NY . Because we are a small team, we value people who are willing to be flexible, take initiative, and help wherever needed. Occasional support in our Millbrook retail store may be part of the role.
