What You Will Do Direct Posing:

Guide individuals, athletes into flattering, high-impact poses that match the creative vision of the shoot.

Manage Group Dynamics:

Efficiently organize and pose sports teams and mid-sized groups (averaging 15-20 individuals) to maintain energy and clean composition. Adapt to

Trends:

Balance classic, clean portraiture with modern, social-media-inspired trends (like dynamic TikTok and Instagram-style athletic stances) to give clients what they want while maintaining professional quality.

Set & Environment Control:

Assist within a fast-paced studio space (operating within a 19-foot wide studio setup) or on-location media days.

Client Engagement:

Keep energy levels high, build quick rapport with teenagers and adult clients, and help them shake off camera shyness.

What We Are Looking For Posing Intuition:

A strong understanding of body language, angles, and lighting interaction.

High Communication Skills:

Ability to give clear, encouraging, and actionable physical cues to subjects who may be nervous or stiff.

Adaptable Eye:

Knowledge of what makes a pose look great for both traditional professional headshots and high-energy athletic media days.

Reliability & Pace:

A collaborative team player who can keep up with the fast rhythm of high-volume shoot days without sacrificing attention to detail. Preferred Experience Background in photography, modeling, dance, athletic coaching, or creative directing. Experience working with high school students, athletes, or creative professionals.

Compensation:
