Social Media Manager Big Draw Golf Company Austin, TX Job Details Contract $60,000 - $80,000 a year 7 hours ago Qualifications YouTube Community management TikTok Facebook Instagram Full Job Description Social Media Manager Big Draw Golf Club
• Remote (US)
• Contract to hire There's nothing better than a morning tee time. First group out, dew still on the fairway, three people you actually like and five hours where nobody can reach you. That's why any of us play. It's also why Big Draw exists. For most people, the best golf stays a bucket list that never gets crossed off. We give the trips, gear, and experiences away to the everyday golfers who want them most, and hand somebody a real shot at the golf most people only watch on TV. We're looking for the person who makes the whole internet want it to be them. The role Big Draw lives or dies on how it feels online. Members find us on a video, decide whether we're real in the comments, and stay because somebody in the DMs actually talks like a golfer. That's this job. You own our voice everywhere it shows up: shooting and cutting the content, running the community, and turning attention into memberships. Hands-on, not a strategy deck. You'll be in the camera roll and in the inbox. What you'll do Make the content. Own the calendar and the output across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and wherever golf talks next. Shoot it, cut it, caption it, post it. We move at the speed of a group chat, not a quarterly campaign. Get on camera. Some of our best content is one person and a phone saying something true about golf. That can be you. You should be comfortable on camera and able to pull good stuff out of members, winners, and partners. Tell the winner stories. Every draw ends with a real person getting a call that changes their season. Capturing that (the reaction, the trip, the return home) is the most important content we make, and you own it end to end. Run the community. DMs, comments, replies, the group chats where members actually live. You're the voice they hear: answering entry questions at 9pm, remembering who won what, never sounding like a brand account. Grow it. Run paid social against signups, test creative, read the numbers, and tell us honestly what's working. As comfortable in Ads Manager as in CapCut. What we're looking for 2-3 years running social for a brand, team, creator, or club, with work you can point to and call yours. You play. No plus handicap required, but you're fluent. You know a good miss from a bad one, you've got a take on the ball rollback, and you know which accounts golf's internet is watching this week. You shoot and edit. Phone-first video, native to each platform. CapCut, Premiere, Lightroom, whatever gets it done fast and looking right. You write like a person. Warm, plainspoken, a little funny. If your instinct is "we are thrilled to announce," this isn't the fit. You self-manage. Small remote team. Nobody's building your calendar for you.
