Real Estate Photographer / Drone Pilot — Independent Contractor Get paid to shoot real estate without having to find the clients yourself. Birds Eye Media Group is a growing real estate media company looking for talented and dependable photographers to join our Columbia/Midlands contractor network . We handle the marketing, client acquisition, and booking . You handle the shoot, editing, and delivery of professional, client-ready media. What You'll Do Photograph residential homes, land, investment properties, and other real estate Capture professional interior and exterior photography Edit your own photos to a professional, consistent standard Complete aerial/drone photography when applicable Deliver finished media within required turnaround times Travel to assignments within your selected service area Communicate professionally with clients and the Birds Eye team Follow Birds Eye Media Group's photography and quality standards What You'll Need Your own professional-quality camera, lenses, tripod, and necessary photography equipment Your own computer and professional editing software such as Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalent Photography and editing experience Reliable transportation Reliable internet for uploading completed media Strong communication and time-management skills Portfolio or examples of previous photography work Real estate photography experience is preferred but not required for applicants with a strong portfolio. Drone Pilots & FAA Part 107 FAA Part 107 certification and your own drone equipment are highly preferred — but don't let not having your certification stop you from applying. For photographers who are a strong fit for our network, Birds Eye Media Group is willing to cover the cost of obtaining your FAA Part 107 certification. This allows you to qualify for additional drone assignments and increase your earning potential. Compensation This is an independent contractor/freelance position. Photographers are paid per completed assignment, not hourly. Compensation varies based on property size and services performed.

Example:

2,200 sq. ft. residential photography — $140 payout Drone photography add-on — +$75 Total contractor payout: $215 Complete multiple assignments in a day or provide additional services to increase your daily earnings.

Potential earnings:
