WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR ANYONE INTERESTED IN JOINING OUR TEAM TO WORK AS A FAN PHOTOGRAPHER AT AT&T
Stadium, Home of the Dallas Cowboys! Before we schedule an interview, let's cover some of the basics you'll need to know to determine if this is a good job match for you.
WHAT WE DO
Jowdy Photography covers the Fan Photography for every Home Game of the Dallas Cowboys. Our team typically arrives 5 hours before kickoff, and we begin shooting photos of the fans before the gates open in the Plaza areas. Once the doors to the stadium open, you would then move inside to your assigned sections and shoot photos of the fans in the seats to the end of the game. We are
FAN PHOTOGRAPHERS
, not sports photographers. We do not shoot the action on the field at any time. We shoot well composed, professional portraits of fans on the plazas, inside the stadium, in the concourses, and in the seats throughout each game. Using our face match technology, Fans will provide their phone number which will allow them to view and purchase their images online. You will not be required to sell any photos yourself.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Every game at AT&T Stadium brings together over 90,000 people. It's a lot of fun working with that many sports fans, but it's also a very loud and stimulating atmosphere. In order to command the fan's attention, you need to be energetic, outgoing, and politely assertive. Body language is key. Fans respond best to photographers that have the camera up and ready to shoot at all times. Rather than asking fans if they would like a photo, we provide polite direction. Something like "Hey guys, stop right there for a Fan Photo!"
PAYMENT STRUCTURE
Fan Photographers are contract photographers and are paid $15 per hour you are shooting. As a BONUS, fan photographers are paid 10% of the first week's sales of their photos as long as they shoot a min of 300 photos that game. The more motivated you are, the more you can make. We expect each photographer to shoot a min of 200 sellable photos per game or they will not be asked back for future games. Sound good? Think you're ready to join the team?
