Together Design & Build is looking for a creative, outgoing, and reliable Social Media Content Creator & Photographer to help grow our social media presence and showcase our remodeling projects. We are looking for someone who is comfortable behind and in front of the camera , has a strong eye for design and photography, and knows how to create engaging content that makes beautiful remodeling projects stand out. This role will involve visiting our remodeling projects and showroom to photograph and film finished spaces, before-and-after transformations, behind-the-scenes moments, team members, and client experiences. You will also help manage our social media platforms and become one of the voices and faces of our brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and create monthly social media content. Photograph completed remodeling projects and high-end interior spaces. Film and edit Reels, TikToks, Stories, walkthroughs, and behind-the-scenes content. Schedule and conduct photoshoots at remodeling projects and the showroom. Capture high-quality photos and videos of kitchens, bathrooms, full-home remodels, and other interior spaces. Create before-and-after content and project transformations. Appear on camera and participate in videos as one of the faces of the brand. Manage Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Write natural and engaging captions. Help develop creative concepts, trends, and content ideas. Build relationships with clients, realtors, designers, local businesses, and creators. Follow up with previous clients for referrals, reviews, photos, and video testimonials. Help manage and track our client referral program. Monitor content performance, engagement, leads, and referral results.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong photography and video skills with a good eye for composition, lighting, and detail. Experience creating content for personal or business social media accounts. Comfortable using cameras, smartphones, and basic photography/video equipment. Strong video filming and editing skills. Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking naturally. Creative, energetic, and confident personality. Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and short-form video content. Reliable, organized, and able to work independently. Interest in interior design, remodeling, architecture, real estate, lifestyle, or luxury home content . Ability to travel to remodeling project locations around Austin. Long-term availability and interest in growing with the company.
