LaLa Photography is a company filled with laughter, trust, communication and always choosing kindness. We started out of a frustration and need as a consumer and employee. LaLa created an environment that brings the best out in people; both clients and team members. We have grown into a nationwide company, providing families with the best experience they will have taking their family photos, from a team that is driven by creating memories that shine! We are looking for a fun, energetic, outgoing, team player to become our newest photographer! We need someone who is not afraid to be a top-notch smile engineer. Our photographers become masters of building rapport, and creating a fun environment. It is our goal to not only capture memories but also create an experience for our clients they will cherish for years to come. Our photographers have a work hard/play hard, can- do attitude! Our next Photographer loves to make people of all ages laugh. This person is a quick thinker and can adapt to changing situations and personalities quickly. It is necessary for our photographers to have excellent people skills, high emotional intelligence, and an ability to 'roll with the punches'. Each photoshoot will have a different dynamic; as a photographer you will need to be excited for any challenges that come, seeing them as an opportunity for learning and personal growth. We do not require any previous experience with a camera, just an openness and desire to learn and love photography! Many of our photographers had little to no experience with a camera before they become LaLa Photographers. We are happy to train the right people in our method! Directing the photoshoots of families and children ages 6 months + Staging/tear down of your backdrops and sets; helping to maintain the organization of props throughout the studio. Coordinating and cooperating with the rest of the team to ensure there is consistency in the customer experience and product offered. Communicating with clients to understand their needs and desires from their photoshoot experience.

Skills Desired:

High level of emotional intelligence, to be able to empathize, connect, and direct the subjects you will be working with during a shoot. Openness/willingness to learn our method and practices. A keen eye for staging and setting up backdrops for your photography sessions. An ability to work well within a team environment.
