Job Summary 1st Photo is seeking fun, energetic individuals to join our Seasonal, School Photography team! This role offers an opportunity to capture moments that families will treasure for a lifetime. As a key contributor, you will bring cohesive, repetitive, technical expertise to produce stunning imagery across various platforms. Your passion will help elevate our brand presence and connect with families across Texas. No previous photography experience needed but is helpful. Responsibilities Capture high-quality photographs for students K-12 for yearbook purposes Capturing images in-camera that do not require post-production which includes color correction, retouching, compositing, and photo manipulation Show up on time with a positive energy Ability to engage and communicate with school age children, teachers, and parents in a professional manner as well as guiding kids through posing and smiling naturally. Collaborate with art directors, marketing teams, and clients to understand project goals and deliver visuals that align with brand identity Capture high-quality photographs for school yearbooks, families, marketing campaigns, social media, and sporting events using professional equipment. Requirements A reliable, insured vehicle and valid driver's license Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift and operate camera equipment (up to 40 lbs.)
