Sparkly Photo is hiring energetic Sales & Guest Experience Photographers to work inside local restaurants. This position is primarily a customer service and sales role. Photography experience is NOT required — we provide paid training and all equipment. Your job is to create a fun experience for restaurant guests, take their photos, and confidently present and sell our framed souvenir photos. What You'll Do Approach restaurant guests and introduce our photography service Build quick, friendly connections with customers Take professional-quality souvenir photos using our equipment Process and print photos on-site Present finished photos directly to guests Confidently recommend and sell framed photo packages Provide excellent customer service throughout the experience Work independently and stay motivated throughout your shift Who We're Looking For We are looking for people who are naturally outgoing, persuasive, friendly, and comfortable starting conversations with strangers. You may be a great fit if you have experience in: Customer service Restaurant or hospitality work Retail sales Serving or bartending Commission-based sales Promotions or brand ambassador work Customer service experience is strongly preferred. You must be comfortable approaching tables ranging from couples to large parties of 20-50+ guests. Photography experience is NOT required. We can teach you how to use the camera and equipment — being comfortable with people and sales is much more important. Pay $15 per hour guaranteed OR 30% commission on your sales — whichever is higher at the end of your shift Commission-based earnings typically range from $12-$35+ per hour Tips are additional Paid training All photography equipment provided The stronger your customer service and sales skills, the higher your earning potential. Requirements Friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality Strong customer service skills Comfortable approaching and speaking with strangers Comfortable recommending and selling products Self-motivated and able to work independently Comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment Available at least 3 days per week Reliable transportation Driver's license preferred Schedule Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Flexible scheduling is available, with strong availability during busy restaurant days and evenings preferred.
