Film smooth, cinematic-quality video walkthroughs of listings, including drone footage when applicable. Deliver RAW files daily after each shoot (no editing required). Provide basic on-site direction to homeowners or agents to ensure properties are camera-ready and presented optimally. Scout and evaluate properties on-site to determine the best angles, lighting, and timing for photography. Utilize natural and artificial lighting to enhance spaces and maintain visual consistency across media. Ensure accurate color representation and exposure, even in challenging lighting environments. Collaborate with clients to understand project goals and translate their vision into high-quality visual content. Communicate proactively about scheduling, weather conditions, access to properties, and client needs. Keep equipment organized, clean, and in good working order. Proven experience in real estate photography and videography with a strong portfolio of related work. Solid knowledge of photography techniques, including framing, composition, and lighting setups. Familiarity with basic video production workflows and on-location audio (optional but a plus). Understanding of color theory and management to ensure visual consistency, even in unedited footage. FAA Part 107 Certification for drone operation (preferred but not required). Excellent time management skills and reliability—must consistently meet deadlines and client expectations. Professional demeanor and clear communication skills, with the ability to work well independently or as part of a team. Flexible schedule with availability for morning, evening, and weekend shoots as needed. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) Experience with Matterport or similar 3D tour platforms. Social media content creation (Reels, TikTok, IG stories). Real estate marketing or staging knowledge. Editing capability in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or Premiere (optional if not required).
