is seeking a talented, detail oriented Production Supervisor to oversee the making of our boots from start to finish. Every pair must meet our standards for fit, craftsmanship, consistency, and finish. We're looking for someone who takes pride in catching small problems before they become larger ones and who can lead a team with clarity and respect. Responsibilities Oversee each stage of production, from materials and cutting through stitching, assembly, finishing, and final inspection. Check work against approved samples and specifications, with close attention to fit, construction, and appearance. Identify defects, determine their cause, and work with the team to correct them promptly. Coordinate production priorities and schedules while maintaining quality standards. Train and support team members, communicate expectations clearly, and help improve production methods. Keep accurate records of production progress, quality issues, and corrective actions. Qualifications Experience supervising footwear, leather goods, or other detail intensive manufacturing. A strong eye for craftsmanship and the ability to evaluate quality at every production stage. Fluency in both English and Spanish . Strong organization, problem solving, and communication skills. The ability to work well with craftspeople, managers, and other team members. Since 1946, PAUL

Pay:

$800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
