BLACKMASK BLACKMASK

is a fast-growing men's hair care brand based in Tempe, Arizona. There's a ton that goes into building this business, from the products and experiments to the warehouse days, the team, and the stuff we figure out as we go. We want people to actually see it. We're looking for someone to work side by side with our co-owner and turn all of that into content people want to follow. You'll help decide what we talk about, spot the stories inside the work we're already doing, and film them. A customer question, a problem we're solving, a random conversation with the team: any of it could be the next video. You'll make content for both our co-owner's personal brand and BLACKMASK's channels.

You'll shoot both, from behind-the-scenes moments to warehouse, model, and product shoots. Bring your take on what our audience would actually care about. Film on set. Capture planned videos and spontaneous moments. Ask good questions, help direct on camera, and get the footage that makes a story land. Run the shoots. Set up cameras, audio, and lighting, build shot lists, and help coordinate warehouse and model shoots. Get videos finished. Organize footage, pick the best takes, brief our editors, and review their cuts. Make quick edits yourself when needed. Make the next one better. Watch how videos perform, read the comments, and use what you learn to level up the next round. You'll work alongside our editors and content coordinator, who handle scheduling and publishing, so you can focus on the creative. Who we're looking for You've got an eye for a good story and know what works on social. You can make an ordinary moment interesting. You're comfortable with a camera, and you're not shy about directing someone on the other side of it. You're curious about business, you bring your own ideas, and you'll tell us straight when something isn't working. You keep your footage organized and communicate clearly. You don't need years of experience or a fancy résumé. If you've been making content, even just your own channel or your friends' stuff, show us.
