Position Overview We are looking for a Creative Production Intern to join our team, starting August 17th - December 18th, 2026. This role will report directly to the Creative Manager and is expected to work up to 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities Research and shortlist talent, crew, and locations for upcoming shoots, and refining final selections. Coordinate and organize product samples across all shoots, including ghost photography logistics, style sheets, courier coordination, and shoot preparation. Pack samples for supplemental and campaign shoots based on model sizing and shot lists. Organize and maintain product bins in the office. Track receipts alongside team to keep production budgets current throughout each collection. Support in-office casting sessions and fittings.
Assist on local shoots by:
Packing samples Steaming product Pulling looks Coordinating breakfast and lunch Capturing additional behind-the-scenes content and supporting Jill with social when needed Serving as an on-set production assistant Qualifications Must have reliable transportation and access to a car. Must have interest in a Creative Production career pat. Must be available to work in office or on set 3 days a week. Comfortable lifting and carrying production bins, garment racks, and sample bags (up to approximately 25-35 lbs). Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods during shoot days. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Basic proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar). Experience steaming garments. Familiarity with styling or wardrobe organization. Resourceful and eager to learn. Calm under pressure. Detail-oriented. Team-first mindset. Strong sense of ownership. Takes initiative without needing constant direction. Excited by the behind-the-scenes side of fashion and production.
