Production Manager As a Production Manager at Bring a Trailer, your job will be to guide both sellers through the online auction process as well as Production Specialists through their daily work doing the same. What You'll Do
  • Manager a team of Production Specialists who prep listings for launching as live auctions, including:
  • Act as the point of contact for your team members and answer their questions about the process and internal workflows
  • Provide customer elevated support for sellers
  • Oversee a large queue of listings in various stages amongst your team prior to the listing going live in auction.
  • Work with other managers on workflow optimizations
  • Complete assigned work queue on a daily basis.
  • Additional duties and projects as needed. Who You Are
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: High level of motivation, integrity, and warmth.
  • Natural leader: must be able to effectively lead group of specialists from various backgrounds and skill levels
  • Methodical organization: Ability to manage many different stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Trust and tact: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Solutions-oriented:
Resolve conflict independently with patience and empathy but know when to ask for guidance.
  • Can-do attitude: Flexible and eager attitude toward helping with company needs as they arise.
  • Executive functionality: must be able to make "gut calls" and high-level decisions that align with BaT's standards and business goals
  • Domain knowledge a plus: Interest in the kind of vehicles we feature on BaT each day.
