Peaks Precast is looking for a Production Manager to lead daily operations in our off-site construction manufacturing operation in Buena Vista, Colorado. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows concrete, knows how to run a crew, and takes pride in quality work. You'll be responsible for keeping production moving, maintaining high standards, and helping build a strong team and operation as we grow. If you have leadership experience in construction, manufacturing, precast concrete or field cast concrete, and want a real opportunity to make an impact, we want to talk. Relocation can be offered for the right team member. www.peaksprecast.com Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily production crews Oversee concrete operations including form setting, placement, finishing, and quality control Execute production schedules and help ensure deadlines are met Maintain quality standards across all products Train, mentor, and develop team members Coordinate with operations leadership on workflow, priorities, and staffing needs Troubleshoot production issues and help implement practical solutions Enforce safety standards and compliance with OSHA and company policies Monitor equipment, forms, and tools for proper use and maintenance Drive accountability, consistency, and productivity across the team Qualifications 10+ years of experience in concrete, construction or precast manufacturing Strong knowledge of manufacturing and LEAN methods Strong experience in concrete materials, placement, finishing, and formwork Experience leading crews or supervising teams Ability to read and interpret drawings and production plans Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills High attention to detail and commitment to quality Preferred Experience Concstruction, concrete and manufacturing experience Familiarity with
NPCA / PCI / ACI
standards OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment
Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:
$75,000 - $125,000 based on experience
